Martha Feeback

She recently retired from Catalyst, Inc. the global nonprofit research organization working globally to expand opportunities for women and business.

While at Catalyst, Martha was responsible for helping Fortune 500 companies engage in diversity initiatives and raise the awareness of unconscious biases in the workplace.  Her areas of expertise include the barriers to advancement of women, inclusive leadership and engaging men in gender initiatives.  Working closely with corporate diversity, equity and inclusion executives, she provided Catalyst research expertise and guidance in developing strategies and programming focused on advancing women.  Her accounts included many corporations considered leaders in DEI, like KPMG, Chevron, AT&T, Kimberly-Clark, EY, and Dell.  Martha represented Catalyst as a keynote speaker and facilitator at numerous global conferences, employee resource group events, and senior leadership forums.   

Prior to Catalyst, she was with Coca-Cola’s Fountain Field Sales Division as an Area Marketing Manager, where she built strategic plans for restaurant customers in the Southwest.  Prior to Coca-Cola, Martha was Marketing Director for Tele-Communications, Inc. (Cable TV) in Seattle and Chicago.  At TCI Martha helped build and launch the marketing of the first inner city cable TV systems in Chicago, St. Louis and Seattle.  She started her career in Brand Management at Procter & Gamble, working on the Crest and Scope brands. During college Martha launched her marketing career as the promoter and chief negotiator for events and concerts on Miami University’s campus. 

 

Martha earned her B.S. in Business from Miami University in Ohio and her MBA from the University of Washington.  She currently lives in Dallas, TX.
