This invitation-only series is presented by Kimberly Roush of All-Star Executive Coaching, Cristi Haley-Stover of Platinum Resource Group, Inc., and Tenny Poole of Positive Talent Strategies and with the objective of providing a forum for 12-15 executives to:

• Define / Refine their expectations about the transition process,
• NetPLAYing (Taking the work out of networking) - learn how to work at a more productive level with peers and build mutually beneficial relationships,
• Share best practices and provide encouragement and support,
• Be creative in helping one another.

The series will meet every Tuesday from 1:30-4:00 at the offices of Platinum Resource Group (Directions) and will lasts for 4 weeks.  The primary purpose of the forum is to allow participants to help each other.  We will also provide discussion topics around creating:

• A Strategic Transition Plan (reassessing and defining career / life objectives, defining success, short-term and long-term goals, etc.)
• A Marketing Plan (defining your brand, elevator pitch, resume, interview guidance, identifying target companies, target audiences, etc.)
• An Operational Plan (maintaining self esteem, getting your game on, effective use of time, networking events, taking advantage of the break)
• A Financial Plan (tips on financial planning during transition, consulting vs. full time, stretching your severence, critical decisions, etc.)  This session is presented by Dan Koblin, Wealth Coach.
